A new feeling...is it life?

I awoke this morning as usual, yet as the morning progresses, I feel a newness springing up. I having been praying since day one of this fiery journey for God to be glorified in this crippling nightmare. I have seen things that have done so, but that only seemed to touch the surface of my skin, not making it through to my soul. Today, after a week of whispers from God to "be there" for people I was trying to do just that. I helped out where ever I could around here in my " hood" and try to post on social media to other broken moms, what I am led to write.
Finally a few days ago, I started to feel it...honest, caring, feeling for someone else. Someone outside of my sphere. I cannot tell you how wonderful that felt. I need to just love on people like a person, not like the robotic person I had become.  I thank you all for being a big part of this healing. Your journeys have helped push me back up the hill and my heartfelt wish is that I could throw each one of you a rope to help pull you up with me...with all the love I hold, Lauri

What a beautiful testament to never giving up on LIFE!

Reaching out, stepping outsides of ourselves to help others, ALWAYS brings healing and hope into our own lives.

Thank you for sharing this very inspiring journal!!

Much love and tight heart hugs!

I think you have already thrown a rope! I too find that I feel better when I am helping others.
I have always believed in the \"Fake it til you make it\" philosophy. It really does work.
Love and hugs,

Just by you writing here for us to read, I am hanging onto your rope climbing that hill with you! Sometimes I need a little help and you sisters are. Blessings to you today! Vicki

This is wonderful. God moves in our lives in His own way and in His own time and, as we know from the NT, our ways are not His ways. But to open the door to Him is to let oneself become loving, forgiving, filled with empathy, free of judgment, and the grace continues to flow. We all have a time, or times, when we just can\'t. That\'s okay too. May you continue to grow in grace.
