a new day
Good morning my friends, Well a new day is here and we are accepting this as we have other news. We will do what our doctor says because we both respect and know that he has Steve's best interest at heart.
He has not ever had radiation. He has had surgery to cut out the tumors 3 times, and has had cryoblation to zap the tumors twice. The doctor told us that the radiation is very precise. So we will trust God to help us thru this time. I know so many of you are suffering so I won't whine, will just ask that you pray for Steve and myself as we start yet another journey in this battle.
Love to you,
Wanda

My dad has had radiation once and cyberknife once and he has done great with it. I hope Steve does as great!
ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!, you don\'t even have to ask for the prayers
My dear Wanda - it\'s not whining, and, in any case, you can do that all you want anyhow! Know that you and Steve are always in my prayers. This IS just a blip, and you and Steve, along with your utterly devout faith, are absolutely used to new twists and turns in this journey. Trust and respect in your doctor is a great thing to have on your side.
A huge hug Wanda honey

Dear Wanda, Steve will get through this setback and you both will have lots of good living ahead. Please don\'t lose your great faith and hope. When is Steve going to have the radiation? I\'d like to light a candle and keep him and you in my prayers that whole day. Love, Linda
Dear Wanda, So sorry to hear the news, we will be praying for you & Steve, that our good Lord will give you the courage and strength to get through this new journey!
Love & hugs,
Lois
Wanda, so glad you feel comfortable with the doctor\'s recommendation. I will be praying for you and Steve as you go through the radiation. I\'m sure everyone handles it differently, but if you have any questions, Bob has gone through radiation to bone mets a number of times, and done quite well. Hugs!

Wanda, as always my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. I truly believe in trusting in the Lord, so will say a few more prayers tonight. Keep yourself well through this. Hugs Jane
Wanda, I am praying for you and Steve & his Drs.!!
Hugs, Linda
Wanda, I am always here for you...just as you have been for me and so many others in pain..you and Steve are in my thoughts ...hugs Ellen
Wanda just as Carol says - we are NEVER suffering too much to share in your concerns. I have been thinking of you and Steve. I checked Wednesday evening evidently before you posted and have just now gotten a chance to get back online. I was sorry to hear the news wasn\'t the best and I know those feelings that are going through you. I think for Dan radiation was the easiest of the treatments he had. They were treating a tumor in his spine up between his shoulder blades. The worst part for Dan was heartburn from the irritation to the esophagus. If not for that, he probably would never have known he had gotten the treatments.
I am still praying for you all!
Love
Angie
