I am just getting out of bed. Did not sleep well at all tossed and turned ans staring at the ceiling all night until the sun cam up I hate this feeling. IT SUCKS!!!!
It sucks, BIG TIME!!! I remember those days... I played solitaire on my Nintendo more than I slept. I somehow played while in the process of deep thought about my loss. I don\'t know if I could do that now. The first year is so painful! (My son died in August as well.) I wish words could somehow help, but they cannot...!
I awakened every morning at 3 AM for a very long time and still sometimes do. Feel all the feelings as you and know that they are all okay even if they do not feel that way at all. Where the feelings are is the healing and this is such a long, long path.
Cocoon and take care of yourself as best as you can and when you emerge know that you can always come here and find others who are walking alongside of you. Keep breathing and taking it moment by moment and day by day as you are. It is the worst pain possible, I know... How we survive I do not understand, yet you will because I have and the moms promised me that I would. One baby step at a time and inching along is what we each learn how to do in our own way and in our time.
There are nights I don\'t sleep well - go to sleep, wake up thinking about my precious daughter. It sucks, it hurts and some days I just don\'t think I\'ll be able to do one more second - So many people told me to \"take care of yourself\", take time, don\'t expect too much.....all of those things are true but in the midst of all that - there is a gaping hole in my heart ...gut wrenching pain @ times....I\'m with you.....(((((hugs)))) Vicki
I am so sorry for the loss of your Son. There are no words that can comfort you but just know that we are all with you in the same journey. Hugs, Kathy Mom of Jennifer and Marissa
