A long road back

Thinking I could beat this on my own, or more accurately "control" my gambling ...I have continued on a downhill, out of control spiral.....I dont want to live like this any more more than I want to feed the machines one more time for the elusive big hit. I am sick of being broke....having to work more to play more and subsequently loose more. I hate this addiction.
