A long day!
Today I woke up to a bad pain day. Had to take meds to get going to my exercise class. He killed me today and was hardly able to walk when I got home. Came in got in bed and my sister gave me an ice bag for my knee and back. I slept most of the day to avoid the pain. But I am up now and if I don't move only my fingers hurt but if I move at all, I am so sore and stiff.
Atleast I've been good on my diet because I was asleep all day, I didn't eat. My mood is ok though. I have to go cook for my sister for when she comes home so I will be back later.
