A Little Shit, Grit and Mother Wit

The art of everyday survival is to absorb and spit and swallow only that which is necessary.
Upon reflection, I was inspired to write this journal to attempt to illustrate and bring to our attention how powerful we are in spite of. The shadow of ourselves is often our own worst enemy, it will lie and deceive you . The shadow is nothing more than a dark figure intercepting light. The light is the messenger delivering love. Inside the shadows are monsters and demons whose only purpose is to destroy and conquer one's destiny and secure one's fate, it follows you wherever you go, if you let it.

The mind led body to the edge of darkness, they stared at each other in their nakedness, and the mind said to the body; If you love me, take me to the next step. The spirit of the body said to the mind; Not this time, I'll shake off the shadow; turn, exist and prosper.
