A little scared

I am getting a bit scared at the moment.  For the last few days i have had this weird feeling, it feels as though it is at the bottom of my heart, it kind of hurts and feels like it is struggling to function normally.  I have also been struggling on and off to breathe over the last few days and have felt a bit dizzy and faint. I dont know if it is ED related or not. If anyone reads this please let me know what you think. I'm scared.
