A little Joy
I went to Lowes today and rescued 5 more plants...I know one is a basket of Daisys..the others Im not sure of but they all require full sun. I threw the tags out. It brings me joy to nurse them back to health and feed them. I know it seems pathetic but I really think these plants are the only joy i can experience. They dont ask for anything, dont make me feel guilty and when I feed them they thrive and bloom. Its sort of unconditional love in a way. This is what my life has gotten to....i guess i should really be concerned if I start talking to them..lol. I have them sitting on the porch. This evening i went and lit a citonella candle and sat out beside them. Im sad...but it brings me comfort.

Don't call yourself pathetic! In fact, don't call yourself any negative names! I use to do that to myself and it caused far worse problems, because I started to believe in them!
You buy your neglected plants at Lowes and I buy mine at Home depot. Only difference is, I talk to mine as I nurse them back to health and I really believe that they hear me!
You don't realize this, but you have a heart of gold!
God Bless
If that is pathetic, Sage, you may call me Pathetic Polly as I chase you away from my plant babies. Call me what you want. I promise I'll love my plant babies more than you, regardless. If you don't like it, tough photosynthesis. I also love the adventure of figuring out what my unidentified plants and critters are. We humans flatter ourselves when we claim to be diverse.
One spot on the Bioweb leads to another and the mystery never ends. Enjoy. Bend over. Be amazed. Be connected.
