A little improved
Well, next week it will have been one year since my beloved Wayne went home to Jesus. I can't believe a year has almost passed. I still have many sad moments but maybe am not always sad anymore. My head still knows the truth but my heart still misses him. I didn't want this life without him. I know it was the best of all possible situations because my beloved was very sick, he wanted and was ready to go to Heaven, and God answered his prayer and called him home. For him it was beautiful. It should comfort me too but it doesn't. I am happy for Wayne; however, I don't know how I am supposed to go on without him although, I have made it almost a year. Coming to this site is comforting because most of the time I feel alone and crazy. Reading what others share helps me not feel that way. Thank you to everyone who is traveling this road and has the courage to reach out and share their pain. God bless you!

I do understand so much of what you have said. I\'m at ten months. I\'m glad Irvin isn\'t suffering anymore but, I\'m selfish and want my old life back, of course only if he\'s healthy. The sadness and loneliness is the worse. I will be thinking about you...many hugs, Colleen
