A little better

Day 6 on Lexapro.  I slept better last night.  But I think I am now having hot flashes (menopause or Lexapro of both?)  Had several today.  I did end up taking a 2nd Xanax last night at church.  So today I was determined not to take any and so far, so good.  I had a little bit better appetite today.  I actually ate a full dinner which brought me up to 1700 calories.  That is more calories in 1 day than I have eaten in a while.  I actually did 75 min on Wii Walk It Out!  The first 15 mins I was a little nervous (with the heart rate going up) but I fought through that and then it was great!  Phew!  I am totally praying that I am getting back to normal!
I actually closed 3 claims today, 4 total for the week.  Going to be in a burned up house tomorrow and go over my favorite double decker bridge.  Going to try to get over without a Xanax but will have them just in case.  Will pack some munchies to bring with me (healthy stuff.)
I did feel better today.  Not as groggy.  I have been really focused on eating healthy stuff.  My goal for a while is just going to be 45 mins to 1 hr on Wii Walk it Out and try to get back to my 10,000 steps a day.  Once I get back to doing that, I will begin picking it up.

Wonderful that you are getting back to normal! So it must be that the side effects subside the longer you take the meds. Good luck with the bridge tomorrow.

All right! I LIKE your goal! I am going to quit shying away from my WIO and buckle down and figure out my nunchuck and pointer-thingie problems. I think I may have found a solution to the nunchuck problem, but the pointer-thingie will require a bit more of an effort from me. I have some resources and ideas, so will try to get more invigorated this week -- I REALLY want to do WIO regualrly, I get the main idea, the only thing really stopping me is the pointer-thingie problem. I would love to challenge you on the 10,000 steps a day, but have to resolve that issue first. In the meantime, I will cheer you on!!!

Sounds like the good stuff is kicking in!! I totally know what you mean about the heart rate increasing when you exercise, I get totally upset when that happens. I have to remind myself that it\'s what your body does naturally and it\'s okay.
So happy things are going better for you! :o)

That is wonderful that you got to do your Wii walk it out. You can do the bridge.
I am happy to hear that you ate your dinner. You are on the start of getting better i hope. 10,000 steps great goal. I will try to keep up with you.

Have a great day and hope you can make 5 closed cases this week. :)
