a little angry
Hi everyone,
I have been so angry at this site. I have been so discouraged by not getting ANY e-mails from my friends. Please don't think I am ignoring any of you, I just can't see any of your journals. I can see if you leave me a message, but otherwise thats it. I used to get e-mail notices when I opened my e-mail account but nothing now. Makes me an unhappy camper!!
I miss this site so badly, I have wonderful friends here and a few have my home e-mail. I would ask if you have e-mail or facebook to please let me know by a message and I will give you my e-mail address.
Steve is doing well now. Just finished another round of Sutent. He see the doctor tomorrow for blood work. He had an awful winter with pneumonia and side plurisy. The pain with side plurisy is pretty bad so he took a lot of pain killers with that.
I might have mentioned that we bought a new car. Well the weirdest thing is the passenger seat hurts his side where the tumor in his lung was radiated. We may have to trade it and get something else. We bought an Infinity just like we had but this one hurts his side! The seat is not as wide so it hurts right where his tumor was. (notice how I say was, Praise God) At any rate we are trying a pillow for now. I hate to trade it but we do what we have to do.
Just wanted everyone to know I am still here for now. I continue to pray for everyone. God bless each of you, and God bless my Steve.

God\'s blessings to you & Steve. That\'s a shame that the seat hurts Steve\'s side. I hope Steve starts feeling better soon.

Like you I was annoyed and decided to give up on this too. But here is what finally did the trick - I went into my account, and changed the email to a gmail address that I have had, but don\'t use as it has too many letters (LOL). That was what made the difference. Now I get all the DS notifications! Back to normal.........glad Steve is doing as well as he is. God Bless, and Peace out like my granddaughters say.

Dear Wanda, I am sorry the notifications aren\'t coming...I also had a brief period of trouble and I complained to the administrators...they never communicated back to me, but one day the email notices started coming again. If you haven\'t contacted them, I encourage you to try that or perhaps what Gloria did will also help. I know how you feel about your friends here being so important. You and so many here had literally saved me from total dispair. I hope things work out...I trust you got my recent email?
Regarding Steve\'s pain in the new car....if you go to a store that sells rehab equipment, they may have special cushions that can help better than an ordinary pillow. I hope you find something that works. Love you dear friend...
Wanda...have you tried checking your junk mail...maybe for some reason it has been going there. I am still getting notification...Had a problem only for a short time when the whole site was having a problem. So sorry the new car isn\'t working out for Steve. Very happy he is doing well otherwise. I am sure you will be happy to see Spring! Hugs to you and Steve...
