a lil better

After this morning I took a nap! I decided to play some of my favorite music and I hung out with my 5 year old step daughter and we had the best time.! We played games and danced around the house. My husband decided to join us! We played dominos and it was so cute becuase my stepdaughter learned quickly how to play the games and she beat my husband and I! I was so proud to be able to kick the bad feelings and embrace the good feelings.
