A helping hand for Santa

I'm still at work but have just had a call of my grandma I'm of to dove house hospice it's for terminally I'll patients my grandad died there 3 years ago I'm dressing up as Santa and giving presents out and chatting to them I'm nervous but I know even now how lucky I am today looking forward to it happy Christmas all xx
