I went on the website for Ellen Degenerese and you actually have to go to her site. Can fill out a page to be part of the show, max 1500 words.

What about trying to appeal to a celebrity who is also one of us? or the mother a celebrity that was lost? That might be the connection needed.
Marie Osmond, John Travolta, Eric Clapton, Joe Biden, John Edwards wife (she is also struggling with cancer), just a couple off the top of my head.
I was thinking of reaching out ot someone that was close to the industry and could bring attention to bear with a bit of effort but no someone that would be unreachable....like a huge star. I remembered hearing about Ted Koppel\'s son dying. So I did a search and found this little blurb:

Maybe some one with time to search could locate an email or some way to contact or address to write to Grace Anne Dorney Coppel.
Along the lines of ZacksGone\'s ideas ~ Roger Rosenblatt wrote a book called \"Making Toast\" about putting the pieces back together after he lost his 37 year old daughter in 2007. She left three young children and a shattered husband. Roger Rosenblatt is a renowned journalist (Pulitzer prize winning) and has regular columns in the NY Times.
