A Good thursday, keeping warm, snow day today. We ready for some wholesome baking :)

Happy Thursday!!! :) Iced tea CHEERS!!! and Happy Countdown to Spring! :) Thinking of sunny warm spring days, even when it's a snow day here, we're only weeks away from the new season arriving, and i've got gardening dreams blossoming in my heart :) It's a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) i enjoyed 2 nature walks today :) i checked my weight this morning, i've lost 2 more pounds :) i'm really excited :) since last month, i've lost about 7 pounds total now :) it's a good start, to me getting back to my goal weight, of around 210 pounds :) You all believing in me, and cheering me on, is really inspirational :) i'm feeling the love, and the energy :) i've done so well, in recent weeks, cutting back on sweets, limiting the amounts of breads/pastas i've had, and choosing more wholesome healthy snacks, like cantaloupe, oranges, tangerines, and pretzels :) i'm feeling much healthier :) it's been a good week, and there's so much more, to look forward too :) my family and i recieved beautifully heart warming, and very special gifts, and treasures, from our dear, and lovely friends Maria (Love4You), Lionel, and their family :) awww! :) i'm so excited, lots of birthday's coming up, plus the annual NCAA college basketball tournament, St. Patrick's Day, Spring arriving :) We set the clocks ahead an hour on sunday morning, gaining more day light :) Having a good, peaceful thursday, and gearing up for our super fun baking friday adventure tomorrow :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
Hi angel friends! :) Warm cozy friendship hugs, and iced tea CHEERS!!! on this sweet thursday :) We hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day :) it's amazing, how friday is almost here, and the weekend :) We're gearing up for lots of big times, including baking friday tomorrow, shopping saturday, and my sister Jenn's birthday on sunday :) This morning, we woke up to a winter wonderland outside, snowfall! schools are closed for a snow day. Kayla and Taylynn love snowdays! :) Taylynn was up early this morning, watching her favorite shows, and my sister Lisa and niece Alyssa, went to dunkin donuts, when Lisa went to pick up Alyssa at her home, and they brought us some nice treats :) i got a nice unsweetened iced tea :) it's really good :) cheers! to family, friends, and to the joys of the month of March :)
i went outside this morning, for a nice early morning nature walk :) the fresh snowfall, was so beautiful, as it was gathered upon our trees, and bushes :) i know it's been a harsh winter, with the heavy snowfalls, and cold weather. The snow always seems to have a beauty to it, when it's fresh fallen snow. We're looking forward to warm spring weather :) we've been keeping our nature animal friends, nice and well fed this winter season :) putting extra goodies outside, every day :) i love to see the birds, and squirrels :) i've been putting the goodies and treasures, in areas of our yards, where it's easy for the birds and squirrels, to get the goodies :) especially the squirrels, as they climb down the trees, i put some goodies right there on the tree branches :) i've been outside more this week, as it hasn't been super cold, down near 0, it's been more in the 20's and 30's here. :) it's been comfortable more, to stay outside a little longer, for some nice nature walks :) i walk along the paths in our yard, and love to call Holly, and tell her about the birds, and nature i see :)
This morning, i checked in on my weight :) i really love my new digital scale, it's easy to use, and always works :) i'm really excited to share, that i've lost 2 more pounds :) i'm really happy and thrilled about it :) i've been doing much better, eating well, drinking more water, unsweetened iced teas, powerades, i even treated myself to a nice sprite soda yesterday evening :) keeping balanced :) something i really wanted to do, was to cut back on my late night snacking. instead of having sweets, i've had fruits, or pretzels :) oranges, tangerines, and cantaloupe :) it's been nice :) i'm thankful to be on a good healthy track again, and sharing my goal progress with everyone here on ds :) You all keep me going, and keep me motivated, determined, and dedicated :) it's a great feeling, when we take good care :) i'm so excited, and ready to achieve more progress :) my family and i would love to take this time, to share with everyone, about some awesome gifts, and treasures we recieved :)

Maria (Love4You), Lionel, and their family sent us, a beautiful happy friendship spring card, featuring a lovely design, that says Friends like us, with flowers, hearts, smileys, that create the shapes of butterflies :) awww! :) This is so sweet, and very heart-felt :) it reminds me of spring, and the joys of experiencing a beautiful blossoming season together :) with flowers, bumble bees, butterflies, birds, and many other nature joys :) We all have an amazing season, the changing of a season, to look forward too :) It's gonna be so nice, and a special joy :) inside the card, Maria wrote us a lovely friendship note :) awww! :) This is such a beautiful card, and lovely joy to read :) i'm going to put our lovely card here in my writing area :) i love displaying our cards :) Each one, is filled with your wonderful love, and spirits :) We feel it every day :) We are with you all in spirit also, and our love, and spirits, hugging your hearts :)
my family and i also recieved from Maria, Lionel, and their family, 3 wonderfully decorative kitchen towels, for our cooking, and baking friday adventures :) awww! :) This is so cool! :) the 1st towel, has a chef, and fresh baked breads :) Maria mentioned, that when she and Lionel saw the kitchen towel, it reminded them of me, and baking friday :) awww! :) so sweet, and very generous :) The 2nd towel, features a coffee design, and the 3rd towel, features a fruits design, that reminds me, of the upcoming blossoming of fruit trees all around :) it's gonna be awesome :) i'm very happy, and excited! :) We love our kitchen towels, we use them often, for our cooking, baking, and decorating our kitchen :) These sweet new towels, will be a special part of our kitchen decorations on baking friday :) This is so nice! :)
Maria, Lionel, and their family also sent us, some nice, McCafe french roast, coffee! :) yeah!!! :)Whooo! :) We love coffee, it's so nice! :) When i call Maria, i always like to ask her, if she and Lionel are enjoying their coffee :) CHEERS! :) i look forward to brewing some nice coffees, making iced coffees, and spring time gardening :) my sister Lisa loves to brew coffees too :) We also recieved, 4 nice packets, of Land O Lakes brand, hot cocoa mix :) wow! :) There's Mint Chocolate, French Vanilla, Chocolate Surpreme, and Amaretto chocolate :) This is great! :) i love hot chocolate, and looking forward to making some :) Maria, Lionel, and family had a special surprise too, for my sister Jenn and her new baby boy, Hunter :) They sent Hunter, 2, cute and adorable, outfits, one features cars/trucks design, and one is blue and white stripes :) little baby Hunter also recieved, 6 nice pairs of socks, including a pair that says, "i love mommy" :) awww! :) This is so nice, sweet, and wonderfully generous :) Jenn says,"Thanks" :) awww! :) one of these days, when Jenn is here, she'd love to say hi, and thank you, to Maria on the phone :) it'll be so nice, and a pure joy :) my family and i love our wonderful gifts, goodies, and treasures, and will always cherish, and treasure them :) Maria, Lionel, family, my family and i thank you all so very much! :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) This is so wonderful :) Friends Forever :)
We're enjoying a nice peaceful day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) my mom cooked a nice roast with potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker :) we love her home cooked meals :)Things have definitely slowed down a bit here around the house, and has been overall, a much more relaxing week :) today for lunch, i enjoyed 2 baked potatoes, and some yellow seasoned rice :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been enjoying some time online ,and put some dvds on this afternoon :) i also enjoyed some talks on the phone :) it snowed well into the day, we got a fairly good amount of snowfall here. Tonight, i'm gonna watch some dvds :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) Tomorrow's baking friday :) We look forward to sharing our adventure with everyone :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)
