A Good Sunday.

Monday, July 07, 2008 – 10:00 A.M. The only thing different about yesterday is that it went pretty much as planned. That can be scary at times, but I am not knocking it.   I managed to watch the car race that I wanted to see. The wrong driver won, but I cannot be blamed for that.   A couple of people came to see me – one was expected and the other was not. I was able to get a good discount on tickets for rides from the transportation agency I use, even though I still think they should pay me for using their service.   I saw a former CNA, and talked with him about the possibility of him going to Las Vegas with me in the fall or winter. After thinking about it for a few minutes, he said that if I could give him three or four months notice, he thought something could be worked out.   Although I had planned on going somewhere today, a look toward the mountains (that is Colorado talk for “west”) tells me that a lot of rain is headed this way.
