A good pic

Yesterday my brother-in-law sent a pic of my sister with a McDonald's hamburger and fries on her lap.  She stopped by after radiation treatment to pic up a quick lunch.  My brother-in-law said that just the fact that this food looked good to her is a real landmark in her recovery.  :)
