a good nights sleep

what i wouldn't give for a good night sleep.I'm so tired at 9.30 in the evening that i've become such a drag causeĀ  I won't go to a movie,retaurant,have a party or stay up late on a saturday night I sleep till about 1.00 AM then i toss and turn and sweat and dream and freeze cycle all night long..Its the dredded menopause. I manage my lupus,i do all the right things So its under control....but nothing can compete with those dredded HOT FLASHES. i feel like i'm swimming all night.By morning i'm wired not tired.and i go all day ...to the gym,clean, store, rush.I've tried to tire myself to have a nap ,it does not work.so i have alot of muscle and joint pain. More of the fybromyalgia kind.I know there are drugs i can take ,but want to go the natural route red clover ..ect.does anyone have any natural remedies to share? and will my lupus pains go away when menopause finally happens?

I so know where you\'re coming fr, I\'ve been thru those night sweats, what a major pain huh. I rarely ever can be out in the evenings cause I just don\'t have the energy but when I know I need to I make sure I spend that day just relaxing at home to sort of keep me in balance. I almost always have sleep issues of some kind but have found some things that seem to help me like not eating after 6:30 p.m., using a lavendar linen spray as lavendar is relaxing, doing some deep belly breathing a bit before bed (sort of meditating).

hey kitty hi thanks for the feed back. I am still trying to navigate this site and have just found out how to pic up my feeds. I\'m still not sleeping and it is starting to show with the bags under the eyes and the lack of energy. This too shall pass. How are you and your hubby feeling. How were are thr tests. Ps are you considering the vaccine or not.
