A good Laugh
I'm having a good laugh this morning. My town has been having a big controversy over a new burger joint. It's not that the food is bad, it's great. It's the name, Fat Ho Burgers. You may have heard it mentioned or read about it in your town. A 23 year old woman opened the place this week near the local university. It's not a big place and doesn't look like much from the outside, but people are up in arms over the name, saying it's inflammatory and degrading. Even some of the local government officials got into the act. Lines to get in have been around the corner for the small place. The publicity about the place has gone nationwide and even reached London, England. And now, people are approaching her about trademarking, franchising and merchandising. This for a place that has been open for less than a week! Maybe the last laugh will be on everybody who put her down for the name. By the way, if you're in Waco, I hear the Bad Mama Jama, a four patty burger is worth the wait. The single patty burger is called the Supa Fly Ho. Just goes to prove that people have far too much time on their hands. But, in this case, it could bring a 23 year old financial security.
