A death
My favorite aunt died Sunday in southern Ohio at age 81. Everyone she met loved her. She was an amazing good Christian woman. She had been in bad health for several years and a stroke recently was the beginning of the end. Even when it's expected it's not easy.
She and my uncle were the parents my siblings and I wished we had had and were a big influence on us. It will be hard on him and all the family. They had been 'together' 65 years and had one son (my cousin I grew up with), one 'adopted' daughter and a bunch of gkids and ggkids.
I missed being around them and other family in Ohio and Indiana the past 13 years after moving to Calif but we make choices in our lives and take the good and the bad. Rest in peace.......
