A Day of R and R....

Today I have actually taken a nap. LoL... I have not slowed down in days... but today I taught classes and am tired. I bought cloth boxes from Dollar Store and WalMart to put all my classroom props and sewing stuff in. They are now organized in the office.

It looks wonderful. Everything is blue, grey, black and white. I am very very happy with it. I like my new back drop, which is a huge map of the world. I bought it for $1 at a second hand store. It had never been used. It is HUGE and colored in nice light blue. I  don't even know how I happened upon it when we went into the store... 

I have only washed all of hubbies linens and bedspead on his bed. I even washed his pillow and bleached them out... they were nasty. Things like that do not bother him... but they were actually stinky. He is such a MAN... lol.

Anna, the cleaning wizard, is coming tomorrow and I want to have her start in the kitchen with liquid sander.... and taking hardward off of the cabinets. I know that baseboards need painted, but I am going to let her do the big things while I do the small... I have some small chalk paint projects to work on and I need to paint the fireplace mantle white. I can do those things while she does the tough stuff. She is the hardest worker I've ever seen. She's quite amazing and I'm lucky to have her. She charges ten dollars an hour and I think that's insulting to her ability. I pay her $12.50... She does weeding, yard work, painting... u name it... She's something else.

Going to put some more things on Marketplace for the next week and see how it goes.... I let a lot of things go to GW... but I guess that's ok... I'm slowly but surely moving ahead... YIPPEEEEE...
