A day in the hospital :( at 27 weeks

Well Im 26-1/2 weeks today and for the past couple of days my little mans fetal activity has slowed extreamly.  Im also a spaz which doesnt help matters but oh well Id rather be a spaz then be the kind of person who doesnt care. So after getting to work this am I finally decided I didnt care what the Dr's office thought I was calling because I was scared and after five miscarriages and a history of stillbirth in my family I think that I have earned that right.  The wonderful thing is I didnt have to justify my fear one bit because my amazing and caring Dr.  didnt make me feel like I was over reacting one bit he told me to leave work ASAP and come in for a baby stress test. When I got to his office I was pretty nervous. Too many times Ive had a feeling and Ive been right.  I hate it when Im right about this stuff!  To my relief my husband was able to meet me and keep me lauphing.  They moniterd my babe's heart rate and fetal activity for about an hour. My Dr came in and said that he wanted me to go over to labor and delivary and have some orange juice and be monitored for a longer period of time.  We were at the hospital for about three hours.  Finally the nurse told me that the activity seemed normal to her and called my Dr. So he was satisfied and now 2x per day I have to fill out fetal movement charts and give them to my Dr. on Christmas Eve ( my next appt.) All and all I think that everything is fine I pray it is because I am so in love with this baby I dont know if I could take anymore dissapointment! I just thankful to be pregnant finally and to have all of you as friends!

Oh thank the Lord everything is okay. You had me worried. I can\'t imagine how you must have been feeling. I know it\'s easier said than done but try to relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. He\'ll be here before you know it!
