A Cycle
It's like a cycle, I have a few good days, then i crash, crying for a whole day then shaking the next, then a few good days. I don't know if i am pushing things down too much, then i just overload or what. I try so hard to be strong for the boys and everyone, I know i should probably take more time for me but i just don't know how to do it and it hurts so bad to feel it. I feel like i am caught in a tug of war with my head saying you have to go through this and my heart saying i just can't. Any way today is a good day so i better go make the best of it with the boys. Hoping you all are having a good day/weekend also.

I think that is just how it goes, a few good ones then maybe a couple of bad ones. After losing my son, I didn\'t have many good days for quite a few months. Now the bad days sneak in there every once in a while but I know they don\'t last so I\'ve learned to accept them and almost welcome them because I know I hurt because I love. You\'re doing great. There doesn\'t have to be a tug of war, just do what you have to do to get by on the bad days and when a good one comes, you may have to work some overtime while you have the reprieve. Thinking of you. Love Robin
Glad today is a good day. Maybe start with something that is really small, like reading a small story, just relaxing can sometimes help us get through a moment or day. Just a suggestion. Take Care, Love and Hugs.
It does seem the way life is now...but eventually the good days are more frequent and the lows aren\'t as low or as long...except for a periodic complete meltdown...love to you...Karen
