A couple of good days
I've managed to stay away from the chat rooms for a few days, sleeping well, and organising my days to keep busy. But today is a more unstructured day, which means that the temptation is there, to log on... Thanks to my DS friends for your support.

Staying busy is your answer I think Andy. You need to find a substitute for the chat rooms on your less structured days. But I know you know that already. Praying for you. Hugs.
