A Peaceful Thursday! :) With sweet nature reflections, continued decorating here in my computer room, and also looking forward to a super fun, Fall Harvest Pumpkins themed baking friday adventure! :) We had an awesome time, at my brother's house yesterday, celebrating his birthday, with a nice dinner :) my brother Charlie thanks everyone, for your nice happy birthday wishes :) we enjoyed seeing Charlie open his cards, and gifts, we also brought him and Barbara a jar of salsa, and a bag of string beans from our garden :) they wee so happy and excited! :) Lots of joyful times, spending time with family, and friends :) Tomorrow's baking friday! : )calling all cookie monsters and spirit of Fall Season! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
NATURE SEASONS ARE CHANGING!!! :) greetings, from the Bird Sanctuary in our yard! :) awww! :) i'm smiling! :) today, during my late morning nature walk, i noticed lots of birds, over in the bird sanctuary of our yard :) wow! :) i saw birds i haven't seen much, since last winter! : )black capped chickadees, tufted titmouse birds, and also many others, including the sparrows :) i had my new super zoom digital camera with me, and decided to see if i could take some pictures of the birds :) as i was deep in this area of our yard, i was enjoying seeing the bris all around, it was like the arrival of our nature animal friends, after the summer time :) This was AWESOME!!! :) there were about 4 black capped chickadees, all enjoying visiting, having some bird seeds, and breads :) i took some awesome cool nature pictures to share with everyone : )it's amazing, how the seasons change, going from summer to fall now :) i was thinking about how it's like a new beginning for us all too, with going from the big gardening days, to the fall foilage/nature walks soon :) this is so sweet! :) i'm so very tickled happy, and thrilled to share my new nature pictures with everyone in my journal today :)

my family and i had a really nice birthday party dinner, for my brother Charlie yesterday :) shortly after 5:30pm, we all got ready to go to Charlie's and Barbara's house, for the birthday celebration :) we picked up my niece Alyssa, and one of the triplets, 2 stayed with their dad (Alyssa's boyfriend Aj) :) We drove into the rose city, where my brother and Barbara live :) We were all very excited, about visiting :) Charlie and Barbara greeted us, we wished my brother a happy birthday :) we saw all of their nice patio plants, peppers, herbs seasonings, tomatoes, lots of flowers too :) their next-door neighbor put some halloween decorations up! :) COOL! :)
Charlie and Barbara welcomed us in, their cute and adorable dog named Emma, was very excited to see us :) She's a tiny little dog, and loves when we pet her :) We saw their cats too :) Their kitchen smelled so nice, as Barbara was cooking pasta, sauce, and some sausages :) mmm mmm! :) very nice! :) We were gathered around, my brother opened his cards, and gifts :) my,mom and dad gave him a goodies bag, with all of his favorite goodies, plus, we gave my brother some nice birthday cards, and money :) he's very happy :) we brought a bag of string beans, and a jar of salsa, from our garden, for Charlie and Barbara :) they were so excited, we brought some garden goodies :)
The kids were having fun playing, and watching tv :) we all got ready for the nice dinner :) We had the nice spaghetti with sausages, and Italian bread :) it was great! :) it was the same kind of sausages that Barbara and Charlie made, for last year's Christmas dinner they treated us too :) it was so nice :) we also had some cake, and ice cream :) they had a special birthday party themed ice cream, that had sprinkles in it :) the cake and ice cream was very nice :) my brother and i were talking about football, he loves his 49ers and Patriots teams :) he hopes they go to the superbowl! :) It was so nice visiting :) Charlie and Barbara gave us some fresh basil, from their patio garden :) this is so nice, and sweet of them :) We enjoyed such a nice time, visiting, and celebrating Charlie's birthday :) we cherish all of these special times, and the great memories being made :) You all were right there with us in spirit, as we celebrated :)

i've been doing some more decorating today :) i put some more decorative napkins, banners, i also have sorted through ,some more of my decorations :) i've been really neat this year, with sorting through everything :) my collection of halloween items, has grown a lot over the years :) i remember, back in 2008, when i had my first halloween town, and now seeing it has grown so much, it really is fun, and incredible to be into this spirited decorating :) it's definitely gonna take me the rest this month, to decorate, and also putting all of those BOO-eautiful finishing touches, on my halloween town :) it's gonna be awesome, and such a spook-tacular celebration in October, for 31 days of Halloween :) i plant on making lots of videos, and making picture slides shows too, to share :) i have found a website, i want to make my slide shows on, so that i'll be able to include halloween themed music, with the slide shows :) my mom knows how very excited i am, especially with enjoying all of these fun decorating times :)

Today is September 11th, a day, that we all will always remember. the 13th year, since 9-11-01. on this day, we love to take some peaceful reflective time, as a family, to remember the day, and all of the innocent victims, the brave men, and women, who lost their lives, on that day. We always remember them, their family's, friends, and always keep them very close within our hearts. i think one of the most comforting things, anyone can do on this day, is to reflect, remember, and to spend time with family and friends. that comfort, is very special, and truly brings lots and lots of peace, as we remember 9/11/01. even though it was 13 years ago, it always will be a day, where we remember exactly where we were as the events unfolded, and a day, that will always seem like it was yesterday. We as a family ,continue to pray for the peace, and good, of the world, which is our world that belongs to us all, a special place, and blessing of life, that we are given, and get to enjoy each day, to the fullest.

Oh my dear Chris your big decorating for Halloween is sounding exciting every day!!! I love to hear and see how you begin gathering all the different things that you have for decorating. I love the way you do use so many repeat decorations and then you add to them each and every year!!! Oh and I really love the Halloween town!!! HALLOWEEN IS MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY OF ALL OF THEM!!!
I had a very busy day here as well. I picked even more blackberries, froze what I had just picked along with what I still had to freeze, and froze them and zippy bags. I also made some super yummy salsa chili with some of the salsa I froze yesterday. The chili turned out fantastic!!! Even better, I have enough left to freeze and have also tomorrow. Along with the chili, I made some hungry girl cheesy corn muffins that were YUMBO! Dinner was very delicious...

Today was WINDY,we are having gusts up to 26 miles per hour!!! Heat wave is moving in as well..by way of these East Winds! Going to create a lot of raking of leaves for me. Made steak and coleslaw for dinner.
