A Cool Saturday! :) Shopping, Barrett Jackson Car Show Races at the Mohegan Sun! :) Cool Cars! :)

Happy sweet exciting, joyful saturday!!! :) Greetings from the Car Races at the Mohegan Sun, Barrett Jackson car show! :) we went to see the cars racing!!! :) wow!!! :) We're enjoying a great day, with some of our favorite weekend joys :) it's a day of shopping,  excitement, checking in on our plants, some nice time here on DS :) my mom, dad, Holly, and i had an awesome time, going shopping at the dollar tree, and we also visited the mohegan sun, as they are having some mega cool car racing right in the parking lot!!! :) a part of the Barrett Jackson Car show each year :) Holly and i watch it online, but this year, we saw it in person!!! :) it was awesome!!! :) we got some pictures from the car races! dodge chargers! :) it's amazing down there! :) we saw so many people! :) the cars were drift racing around a track in the parking lot :) burning rubber, and cruising!!! :) we had our windows down, and checking out the racing action! :) at the dollar tree, we rocked an awesome shopping adventure at the dollar tree :) we bought some nice gifts, snacks, i bought some Italian ices freeze pops for Holly and i, and we also bought some glow sticks for the kids, for the 4th of July :) it was a great shopping experience :) we also got some iced cold drinks at dunkin donuts :) cheers!!! to the spirit soaring times of the season! :) We love the weekend's, and the nice relaxation :) it was so nice, going shopping today and also seeing the car races :) we love the nice items we bought :) i'm also doing some online shopping, checking out some collectibles, coins :) i'm very excited for my new coins to arrive, that i ordered on ebay :) i put state quarters into my new coins book, the collection is coming along well :) i was thinking of ordering another coin soon, to celebrate the 4th of July holiday coming up :) it's fun collecting :) it's amazing, how the month of July is almost here :) we're looking forward to sharing in the new month with everyone :) We're very happy everyone enjoyed our baking friday adventure, and pictures :) we had lots of fun baking the cake, and making onion rings :) Holly and i had some cake yesterday evening, it's really good :) we're having family over to visit tomorrow :) we're gonna grill some hotdogs in our backyard, and we got our swimming pool filling for the summer season :) the week was a rollercoaster of emotions, with ups, downs, lots going on. i'm taking the weekend to reflect, and getting to feeling balanced again, being there  for my family and friends :)each day, forward progress, and looking forward to many times to share in the joys of the summer season :) our plants are growing so nicely, and there's lots more summer adventures coming up :) Holly and i picked out a new movie to watch tonight :) we're gonna make some popcorn :) enjoying a great day, with family, friends, nature, and the spirit of summer time :) tonight, the popcorn movie party is on!! :) woot!! :)

Blossoming into a refreshing weekend :) Hi angel friends :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a peaceful day, as we blossom into the countdown to the upcoming holiday's, with the 4th of July Holiday, and Canada day :) There's lots of summer time festivities, and traditions :) We saw some amazing cars racing at the mohegan sun today! oh my! those dodge chargers were burning rubber!!! :) i've got some cool pictures! :)We love the weekend's, and the peaceful joys of the times shared during the weekend, after a big week. Thank you angel friends, so very much, for your lovely comments on our baking friday journal :) we're very happy, and delighted, that everyone enjoyed our baking friday adventure, and pictures :) that warms our hearts, and makes us smile :) we had fun baking the cake, and making onion rings :) we sliced the cake, it's really good :) it was fun and spirited having a baking friday adventure, it felt like a classic normal day, and so nice welcoming the weekend :) we love the relaxation of the weekend, and are looking forward to an awesome upcoming 4th of July, continued nature, and gardening joys, and lots more times to share in :)We've got an awesome new lilly flower blossoming in our garden :) i have some sweet new nature, and gardening pictures to share :)

This morning, we had a sweet peaceful new day, rising and shining :) we've been looking forward to the weekend, and getting more into the summer season, as the month of July approaches :) i love beginning my day with a nice nature walk, and with the gardening season in full swing, it's an awesome joy each day getting to check in on our plants :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature friends :) it's been very active in our yard, and garden areas, lots of birds, butterflies, and many bumble bees visiting :) we've seen some dragonflies too :) it's a nature sanctuary all around :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sancutuary area, and was walking around our yard, and garden areas, checking our plants :) they're doing really well, growing, and flourishing :)

We have some awesome cucumbers growing, and i've been checking our zuchinni plant, as we've had lots of blossoms on it, and could see some zuchinni growing soon :) our Kentucky wonder pole beans plants, have began to grow vines, and are wrapping around the garden fence :) we look forward to picking some fresh garden string beans :) our banana pepper plants we grew from seed, are doing amazing! :) we've never grown pepper plants from seeds before, it's a new garden experience for us :) we also have tomato plants grown from seeds, in a planter :) the plants have been enjoying the sunshine and warmth in recent days, and the nice water nourishment :) it's awesome,and very neat to see how much the plants ave grown :) we have some ripening raspberries :) yesterday, Holly and i each had a raspberry yesterday, they're awesome :) We have 7 popcorn plants growing in our backyard, that are doing really well, and are gonna catch up to the other popcorn plants we have in our front yard, a total of 27 plants, and they each could grow 2 corn cobs on each plant :) We have some gourds pumpkins sprouts growing too, which is so nice, we'd love some to grow, for our fall/halloween decorations :)

In our front yard garden areas, our snowball bush is growing wild, along with our wild daisies, and we have blossoming lillies in our front yard :) a day lilly, and some tiger lillies blossoming :) it's wonderful seeing the flowers of summer time :) We have lots of flowers plants growing, that will be blossoming throughout summer season :) we've been enjoying our nature, and gardening experiences, so very much,and all of the special nature and gardening memories being made :) i took some new nature pictures to share :) we love sharing our plants, and garden with everyone :) It was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends, and we also had a nice breakfast, frosted flakes, with blueberries, Holly had a blueberry muffin, and i had a breakfast burrito :) i made a blueberry iced coffee, cheers! :) we were getting ready to go shopping :) we love going to the dollar tree on saturday's :) it's our favorite store :) there were some nice items we wanted to buy :)

Saturday Shopping Adventure!!! :) and Barrett Jackson Car Show Races at the Mohegan Sun!!! :) wow! wow! wow! :) Around late morning, my mom,dad, and i were ready for some awesome adventures :) we enjoyed a nice car ride over to the shopping center :) we saw some nice tiger lillies flowers blossoming all around :) it was so nice to see the flowers :) we arrived at the shopping center, and parked our minivan :) we walked over to the dollar tree, and got some shopping baskets, and began to shop around :) it wasn't busy when we were there :) we were looking at the items, garden decorations, and 4th of July items :) we bought some glow stick for the kids, for the upcoming 4th of July :) they love glow sticks :) we also bought some American flag plates, for the BBQ, and was browsing around the cards, and toys aisle, i love to see if they have any hotwheels :) they didn't have any hotwheels today, but we're hopeful they'll have some soon :) i was buying some gifts, and treasures, we looked at the crafts and candles aisles :) we were all finding some great items, the experience was going really well :) my mom, dad, Holly, and i looked at the foods, and snacks, we got some nice items :) i bought some Italian ice pops for Holly and i, and i also bought some crunchy peanuts, and Holly bought some tortilla wraps :) we browsed around a bit more, and then went to the checkout :) we all checked out together, they had 2 lines open, it went so nice, and smoothly :) After we checked out, we walked outside, and i felt a great sense of accomplishment  :) we rocked it, with an awesome shopping experience :) we put our items into our minivan, and cruised over to dunkin donuts to get some iced cold drinks :) my mom got an iced tea, and Holly and i each got a blueberry iced coffee :) cheers!!! :) my dad had his tea :) my dad mentioned about going to the mohegan sun parking lot area, where they are having a massive cool car show! :) we said, "cool!" :)

Mohegan Sun Barrett Jackson Car Show, and Races!!! :) this was super mega sweet awesome!!! :) it's a great tradition, over the past few years, the Barrett Jackson car show visits the mohegan sun :) Holly and i have seen videos of it, and it's so neat, and we got to see it live today!!! :) woot yeah!!! :) we cruised down to the mohegan sun :) they have a large area, with huge tents, and parking lot race track area :) we heard the Engines revving up!!! and the squeals of the tires, burning rubber!!! oh wow!!! :) my mom, dad Holly, and were right near track, as we drove along the road there, they have an area that's got barriers, and fences, and they have the Dodge Charger, cool muscle cars! :) huge crowds of people all around! :) we love cars! :) they were racing, and drift racing around the parking lot course, the sounds of burning rubber, all around, it was thrilling to see! :) we drove back around the mohegan sun boulevard we saw the thames river, Norwich state across it, and the other side of the race track area at the mohegan sun! :) we took some cool pictures of the cars racing, we had our windows down, burning rubber smell all around, as the cars were racing. it was absolutely thrilling to see the cars racing around :) they are having a huge car show there, all throughout the week :) there's lots of videos on youtube, of the cars, and the racing, auctions, it's amazing down there :) Holly and i thanked my dad for driving us down to the mohegan sun today, it was an awesome experience!!! :)

We're enjoying a great day! :) shopping fun, car show races, garden tending, and a movie party tonight :) my family, Holly and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) it was so nice going out to shop today, seeing the car races, and enjoying some nature earlier in the day :) our plants are  doing really well, and continue to flourish with the season :) we hope for some more sunshine tomorrow :) we have family coming over, we're gonna grill some hotdogs, and gonna be hanging out :) it'll be awesome showing my brother my new w minted pennies set, and talking coins, and showing everyone our plants, and garden :) Holly and i picked out a new movie to watch tonight :) we love our fun, saturday night popcorn movie party's :) we're gonna make some popcorn :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us, and for the very special joy you all bring our hearts :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group happy sunny warm caring friendship hug :) There's many more special times, and great things to look forward too, with family, friends, nature, and the wonderful spirit of the summer season :)

Car Racing at the Barrett Jackson Car Show at the Mohegan Sun! :) my mom, dad, Holly, and i had an awesome time, seeing the cars at the mohegan sun, the barrett jackson car show is there :) we saw some cool cars, dodge chargers racing in the track at the parking lot :) this was such a cool experience! :) We're so happy and excited we got a chance to see the cars :) it's very exciting down there, with all of the car show festivities :) Holly and i always saw videos on youtube, and to see if live, it was so thrilling! :) we took some pictures of the live racing action :) the cars were drift racing around the track, burning rubber, it was awesome!!! :)

Happy nature, and gardening smiles :) Greetings from our garden, as the summer season continues to settle in nicely :) Holly and i did some light gardening this afternoon :) we planted some more sunflower seeds, cucumber seeds, and flowers seeds in planters in our front yard :) we're loving our nature, and gardening experiences :) we have flowers blossoming, fruits, and vegetables growing, including string beans :) this is such a wonderful time in the season :) Thank you angel friends, for celebrating the season with us :)
