a sweet wholesome, and joyful, peaceful sunday! :) With Nature/Garden Updates, Weight-loss goal updates, and wonderful writing joys! :) We're enjoying a great day :) our plants are in SUPER summer growing mode, and Blossoming mode! :) oh my! :) We got sunflowers blossoming, and lots of nice string beans growing! :) i am smiling lots! :) i'm picking some fresh crisp garden string beans to have with my salads, and for snack, this upcoming week :) i've got lots of garden updates to share :) The golden days of summer gardening! :) it's a very rewarding, and wholesome time in the season :) my family and i have been hanging out today, here at home :) we're so excited, about the fun shopping adventure we had yesterday :) my mom and i were talking this morning, about going back to the supercenter soon :) it was rocking and sweet shopping rolling there yesterday! :) i've got some goal updates to share :) i've been doing really well, with my healthy eating :) i've been having salads every day this week, i love all of the goodies i add to the salads :) i check my weight, about twice a week now :) i've lost another pound, and now have lost a total of 15 pounds :) i am so happy. and thrilled about this nice progress :) You all are helping me to achieve this progress, with your wonderful support, and encouragement :) Thank you angel friends :) i wrote some postcards today :) i also took some pictures of my brand new halloween postcards book :) woot! :) i'm in the writing zone this week :) i'm so very tickled happy, and excited about mailing these nice postcards to friends on super wednesday :) we're excited about the upcoming week :) i also organized my table here, adding in my new computer/table mat :) it looks awesome! :) Enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful sunday with family and friends :)
Golden days of summer : )Hi angel friends! :) powerade CHEERS on this nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) we hope everyone is having a nice sunday :) we love the summer time weekends :) i'm still on cloud 9, about the awesome experience we had yesterday at the supercenter, and i'm also very excited, about lots of great things going on :) we had some more nice rain nourishment for the plants, overnight :) This morning, it was still lightly raining, as i went outside to check in on the plants :) The string beans have grown more! :) i'm picking some fresh garden string beans, to enjoy with my salads, and for snack time :) each year, the month of august is filled with lots of gardening joys :) it's one of the most rewarding times, in the season, as the plants are producing fruits and vegetables, and the flowers are blossoming :) We have new golden yellow flowers, sunflowers, nasturiums, and our snowball bush is glowing in our front yard :) All of the love, spirit, energy, and hard work put into the yard, and gardens, is blossoming many rewarding joys, into very special gardens in our hearts, lots of spirited, and very special memories being made :)
my family and i are enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful sunday at home :) This morning, my mom and i were talking about how awesome it was, shopping at the supercenter yesterday :) We can't wait to go back there! :) i am so excited, about the items i bought :) Last night, i sent our dear friend Holly the pictures of the new hotwheels we got for her :) She's so happy, and excited :) Holly and i enjoyed watching the Gremlins movie last night, that sure is a WILD movie! :) hehe! :) we love to have some movie nights :) i fixed up a nice salad, to enjoy with tomato soup, and was having some of my sweet corn on the cob potato chips :) delicious! :) it was really refreshing, going to the supercenter yesterday :) i was having an awesome time browsing around, seeing lots of nice items there :) i love my new t-shirt. :) i definitely want to buy some more of those t-shirts soon : )The men's clothes section had many t-shirts there, i saw some that look like a halloween theme, including the new "walking dead" t-shirt i got :) i'm gonna be wearing these cool new t-shirts often, during the month of October :)
It really set in yesterday, during the evening, a wonderful sense of accomplishment, and also a great feeling of feeling proud, about how well i did at the supercenter :) 6, or 7 years ago, at the supercenter, i remember i would sometimes have struggles with my anxiety, especially if it was busy. yesterday while i was showing, i could feel with every step, the great progress family and friends have helped me to achieve :) The store was busy, and i still did so very well :) it was just a pure focus, confidence, and spirit soaring, that really helped me to blossom, into such a good experience :) all of those wonderful blessings, are from family and friends, who believe in me, and make me believe in myself :) it's an incredible feeling, of freedom :) i remember those rough experiences there in the past, where i said, "man, i gotta take a break from these experiences", and then to keep going and going, and yesterday, having an experience that made me say, "man, we gotta go back there again soon!" :) it's like a full circle, of emotions of happiness, peace, accomplishment, an awesome proud feeling :) We definitely rocked it, and i love having experiences like yesterday, they're so motivating, and confidence building :) gives lots of hope too, for many more awesome experiences like that :)
i've been doing really well, with my healthy eating in recent times too, this summer season, i've been doing great, and am so very happy, and excited to share with everyone, about how i've lost another pound, and have now lost a total of 15 pounds :) i've been losing the pounds, at a good pace, in a very healthy way :) eating more well balanced meals, having nice cheerios with blueberries for breakfast :) i am still having my iced coffee treats, i do have times, where i drink more iced coffee than powerade, but i'm working on improving that, by trying to drink more water :) i've been having lots of fruits, and vegetables too, lots of salads :) i love fixing up the salads, with green olives, i even put cornbread stuffing croutons in my salad, and sometimes i crumble cornbread to put in my salads :) it's really tasty, wholesome, lots of mixed vegetables, pickles, and cucumbers too :) i find that for the salad dressings, i like the fat free Italian, the regular ranch, creamy Italian salad dressing :)
Each day, i think i've made some really good progress, with my healthy eating, i make sure i treat myself too :) last week, i had a bowl of maple walnut ice cream, and felt ok about it, as i've been doing so well, and keeping balanced :) i'm inspired by friends, who share their progress with me, about how well they are doing, with healthy eating :) Friends mentioning their meals, eating fruits, and vegetables, it helps keep me motivated, and dedicated to my goals :) this time of the year, is really good too, for fruits and vegetables in season :) from corn on the cob, to cucumbers, to many more nice fresh goodies, including many goodies we have growing in our garden :) i can't wait to pick some string beans, and all of those August evenings, going out during the evening to pick 5 or 6 string beans to have for snack :) i feel motivated, and very happy about how well i'm doing :) my energy has been better too, and i feel healthier overall :) the nature walks, and gardening helps me a lot too, with keeping balanced :) i think seeing the plants doing so well, healthy, growing fruits and vegetables, that keeps me going for those nice choice of foods. :) Thank you all for believing in me, and having faith in me :) along with all of my recent progress, and maintaining healthy lifestyle, our plants are continuing to do really well also :)
GARDENING/SUNFLOWERS/NATURE NEWS! :) our plants are nicely nourished, with the rain we've been recieving this weekend :) this morning, as i was putting some goodies, around our yard, and checking in on the plants, i noticed we have lots of string beans growing :) i picked 10 string beans :) those garden beans, fresh off the vine, are so nice, crisp, and have a really nice sweetness to them :) We love string beans, and each year, we love to plant many beans in rows alongside the fences in our gardens, to see the beans grow and grow :) we're so pleased, this year, another blessed season with healthy plants :) We are very happy, and thankful :)
We have many tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers growing :) 2 more cucumbers are just about ready to be picked :) We also have many new flowers blossoming, and continuing to grow :) From sunflowers, to cosmos, nasturiums, asters, and golden yellow flowers, and right in the center of our front yard, our snowball bush is glowing :) it's one of the most wholesome, and rewarding times in the season, as the plants are in full growing mode, these golden days of summer :) it's a very enjoyable feeling, to see the plants, and how well they have done, growing :) they seem to grow more and more, each day :) With the return of the sunshine this upcoming week, i'm so excited, to take many more golden sunny bright pictures of the plants :) our sunflowers on the side of our front steps, are growing so wild :) i love measuring the sunflowers on tuesday's, the sunflower sun race, week 10 :) very cool, and so much fun, nature, and gardening traditions :) i see lots of squirrels, and birds too, this time of the year :) they blend right into the nature scenes, the nut-hatcher birds, landing upon the trees, and houses in our neighborhood, begin to sing and sing, and can be heard all around :) sweet nature tunes. :) it definitely is, sweet classic, and golden summer time :)
We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) i recieved a phone call from our dear friend Heather (Springer) today :) it was great catching up with her on the phone :) i've been writing some nice postcards today, i put some tv/movies on, and also checked in on the plants from time to time :) i can't wait to pick some nice fresh string beans :) it's gonna be so nice :) my family and i have been enjoying some time together today :) i also cleaned, and organized my computer area/table here :) i turned over one of my table clothes, and i also put my new green place-mat here in my computer area :) it looks nice and refreshed :) we're so happy and excited, for the upcoming week :) lots of nature/garden joys, we love going out for sweet treats tuesday :) we also look forward to going to the post office on wednesday, and lots more, leading us into another super fun baking friday adventure :) next sunday, is Mikey's 3rd birthday :) We're gonna be going to the park for his birthday party :) BBQ/cookout :) Life is very special, and wonderful :) each day, is a beautiful gift, treasure, and blessing :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us : )You all are so nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, w ith all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNSHINE FRIENDSHIP HUG :) Tonight, i'm gonna have a healthy snack, some pickles, and going to watch some of the NFL hall of fame game :) NFL preseason begins :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)

my halloween postcard book! :) woot! :) i am so very happy and excited! : )on friday, my halloween postcard book arrived in the mail :) it's got 24 postcards, featuring vintage halloween scenes :) i am so very happy and thrilled, and going to buy another one of these nice books soon :) i look forward to mailing these cards to everyone, in late September, for the October halloween season :) 31 days of halloween, begins in only 57 days! :)
