A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR US ALL

HI JOURNAL,

They have started early this year,
Christmas functions that is.

One of the groups I belong to,
which goes by the name of,
"Like Minded People",
had their Christmas lunch and get together today,
can you believe it, and it's not even December yet.

My own local support group is having a Christmas
lunch get together on Tuesday December 3, which is
still a bit too early I feel.

The volunteers Christmas lunch is on
Thursday December 5, still too early I feel.
That's just the way it goes.

I ramble on like this because, I have yet to feel
and generate any Christmas spirit of my own as yet.

Never mind, it will come, and I will be full of
the Christmas spirit, well before Santa and his team of
kangaroos visits our shores.

So what would I like for a Christmas present,
you may well ask. Well I don't know or understand
the meaning of the word, 'hope', yet that which I
wish for every one of my peers and myself of-course,
is to have and be delivered, applied and administered
of a cure for our common condition we call
Parkinson's, impostor that it is.

Now wouldn't that be something,
is it too much to ask for, or dare I say, HOPE for.
Surely not.

Until a cure is found, I intend to keep active and,
manage, deal and fight Parkinson's with everything
I have. I have no intention of growing old gracefully,
and I will be,the last man standing.

So as I ramble on, I wish for you all,
my fellow peers, a very merry Christmas and,
a cure for Parkinson's Condition.

In good faith.
