A change
After going to the doctor this last time, I started to rethink my strategy. He wanted to get me on prednisone and double my dosage of Lialda.
He did mention some people are fructose intolerant and that I need to drink water.
So this time I listened, for the most part. I stopped buying sodas and started drinking water. I didnt feel like paying for a combo with a soda, so I just bought the burger or entree without the soda and got water instead. As a result, I noticed that I didnt really miss having the fries or other crap that came with the meal.
I started eating yogurt everyday along with a massive dosage of probiotics (especially bifidobacterium). I bought more fruits, like grapes and strawberries and peaches. I found myself eating a lot less junk food and a lot more natural.
Then, when I went to another location of the nutrition place I frequent, a worker there told me I really need to be taking Colostrum. So I bought it and started taking it.
After about a week, I had lost quite a bit of weight and lost a whole bunch of bloating and symptoms. The urgency and watery stools and constant trips to the bathroom havent really gone away but a lot of the other symptoms are alleviated to a degree.
Grapes seem to have a natural fiber to them and also seem to have an ingredient that is helping. The red seedless grapes seem to work better than the green ones.
