A Brand New week Ahead....

Feeling great, and looking forward to a great week.I am all updated, well almost, and ready to attack the newcoming week ahead.Hope all is well in DS land.I would like to thank all whom sent their word of support, hugs, and messages.I am much better.Had to put down one of the pills I take daily, to the original dose. But will be looking for something less strong for the anxiety attacks.Last month my doctor had up'ed the 2 kinds of pills I take a day, and the one for panic gave me a bad reaction having took it with the other kind I have to take. Then put on my air purifier, that I had turned off last saturday, intended to clean it with the vaccuum, which explains why I had a emphesema attack. The other night I noticed it was off, and it explained it all.The first hour it was on, I felt better automatically. Those purifier machines are the absolute best, expensive, but the best for someone with lung issue.I couldn't live without it.If only I would have noticed before, I would have saved myself a good 2,3 days of not being able to breath properly.Again thanks to all of you kind friends for your support.Mckenziexo

thanks girls, I am trying to quit the pills for anxiety, but I know I cannot do it overnight, but today I didn\'t take them until just now, over 24 hours later.
I took it because of the shocks in my head, you know when we miss a dose of anti\'s it does that, it\'s one of the side effects.
Another side from these effexor are having problem urinating, in the end I couldn\'t pee anymore, now that not good, so I am going to ease me down from them, and if I manage to do it, It will be the first time I am off completely from anti\'s.
My lungs are completely clean now, I had unplugged my air purifier, and forgot about it, me I need this to keep my room, dry and clean of all particles in the air.
It worked instantly when I put it on full blast, within an hour I was fine.
Can you believe all the anguish I went through not being able to breathe all these days, because I didnt realise it was off.
Much better now.
Also fixed my computer, I couldn\'t go to the community anymore, I was kicked off immediately, but got a tip from my superior and it worked.
Now I can go and it will let me do what I want.
Later, Mckenzie
one day at the time.

Dear Mck,
Sorry to hear you\'ve had such a tough time. Reminds me of having to buy a humidifier when we were in Montreal for son (asthma). After 1 week it smelled odd, & made me feel lightheaded. Opened it up & found I\'d been growing a crop of blue green algae, with a topping of mold (to which am v.v.allergic!) Nobody told me to boil the water. One learns!!! I have had my jaw op. - at LAST - & have only a sore gum - which looks like a toothbrush, due to all stitches. I\'ve heard of the machines you have, & remember an acquaintance who ran one in living room - the air was wonderful. Glad to hear that it works for you. Sorry re. the adverse drug reaction - they can be so bad. Keep well, JaneD.
