A Bigger Picture... Part 2

This continuation follows a similar way of thinking, their are clues within the "secular" environment just as well... afterall God created all things and it is indicated that in His Perfect timing He reveals the secrets of this existence. Take for instance, Isaiah 46:9-10, a scripture that is over 2000 years old and has been conceptualized in biblical & non-biblical frameworks: "Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:" Isaiah 46:9-10 A scripture that I became aware of recently, and while walking thru Universal Studios is in someway the basis of The Terminator movies... the future already written, if my history recalls well Martin Luther preached on this very subject. The Prophets were given word on things to prepare and look for, Jesus was a fulfillment of these prophecies and provided details in His sermons about things that would take place... Jesus know that Peter would deny Him 3 times giving points of reference (before the sound of the rooster's crow the third time).  For those who are familiar with these films, interesting to see that they are closely addressing a subject matter that is biblical, "Judgement Day". Other titles include "Rise of the Machines", is this one of the beast that is referred to in the book of Revelation, technology that is capable of providing animation either on the T.V./ Computer screen as well as the field of robotics & artificial intelligence. We are so much like our Creator, because it was His intent to have us do what He did at different levels of responsibilities, God delegated to man dominion over the earth. The "enemy" seeks to capitalize on those skills & gifts for that which is of his nature, darkness.  The Rock the Universe concert was great, and it is a small example of how God's Children get together to praise, worship and celebrate the Creator of all things... even in the midst of the different "amusement" rides that resemble that which the "enemy" stands for... Mummies ride (curses, death, destruction), Disaster (name speaks for itself), Shrek (magic & dragons), Jaws (violence & destruction). In a way it represents the status of what is presently around us.  What should we be aware of? The prevalence of symbols of death in our culture, skulls... the dragon, which is a beast that represents the "enemy"... whether it's the mythological asian dragon or the medieval version, the "enemy" is very subtle in his ways. As I've mentioned before, going to Christian concerts is like having a taste of what God has planned for His Children... what a party! God's Love
