A beautiful light in my dark tunnel.
Depression is so crippling! It makes my whole world dark and heavy. But then a small light suddenly goes on, and my world is not so dark anymore...
Yesterday my one granddaughter, (9 years), asked me not to ever move away from her, because she always wants to be close to me. She loves me so very much! Wow! I have nowhere else to go, but she does not realize that. Nobody said anything about moving, her comment came out of the blue. But I believe that it was inspired by God. He knows how depressed and tired I feel. I often wished that I was never born at all! And then she lit up my life with her unconditional love!
I thank God for my little ray of sunshine!

How sweet! I have a very loving 6 yr old granddaughter, also. She can make me happier than just about anyone in the world. When she comes over to visit without her brother, she will say, This is how I like it Grandma when its just the two of us! Once she told me Imher FAVORITE grandmother. Secretly I was delighted, but did say her other grandma loves her very much.
Yes, what would we do without them??
What a powerful healer your granddaughter IS. I do believe they are our earth angels and she knew that was just what you needed to hear.
