11/04/07  It's cold today but extra nice because Tony has nowhere important to go. We are going to watch a couple of shows we taped this week and have homemade spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. He is usually so busy so I love when he can relax and take a breather. He's just one of those guys that is going constantly even in retirement.  We just had a little fun. We bought a Reynolds Handi-Vac sealer for frozen food. It takes all the air out of the bag so it will freeze without any freezer burn. Hopefully!!! We put steaks and pork chops in different sized bags and I made a mark on the calendar so I can remember how long everything has been in the freezer. Well, I guess we are showing our age if we get excited by that huh?The New York marathon is going on today and we are going to tune in a few times today to see how well they are doing. I can't quite imagine running 26 miles but my ex sister in law, who is 55 runs miles and miles every day. She also sits in the sun from late March until early October and I worry about her skin. What can ya do? Each to his own. It will be a nice day as I have my man to cuddle with.
