Update

How quickly things change.  Happy to report that I have an appt. with a neurologist on the 27th of this month.  I don't think there is much he will be able to do for me but would like a second opinion.  I just still can hardly believe I will have to spend the rest of my life like this.  I have not been symptom free for all these months.  I have had good days of course but not without some type of symptom.  I had to go off the plaquenil because it causes ringing in my ears.  I already have tinnitus so more ringing I could not take!  So I am not on anything right now.  Not doing too bad either.  Lots of hand pain and wrist, sometimes legs, but I can bear it.  Aleve helps some.  I try to not take much of that either.  Probably will try some accupuncture and other stuff along those lines, but with caution.  Has anyone else tried it?  I've talked to a couple of people who claim to have gotten some relief.  Love you guys, Pam C.
