Update!

Went to the rheumatologist this week.  He confirmed the Sjogren's dx.  It is official now!  Anyway I just started Plaquenil 2 days ago and am slowly reducing the steroid.  Have had some real up and down days.  Not sleeping well and that always makes me feel twice as bad.  I have been able to work 3 days a week for 3 hours each day caring for an elderly woman.  Still not well enough to work as a nurse, but maybe I can get a day a week in the future somewhere and try it.  Almost 6 months with no income from me has certainly pressed us.  Thanks for your prayers and encouragement.  Love Pam

It is a relief to know for sure isn\'t it. I don\'t know about you, but it helps to know exactly what is wrong. I am sorry that it is positive, but now you can get treatment and stop feeling so scared. Did your Rheumy give you anything to help you sleep better? If not, ask him to, it made a big difference in my life when I got sleep aids. :) I wish you all the best and I am glad you\'ve been able to get in a few hours of work. Keep up the positive motion. Good Luck.
Hugs,
Soozi
