What to say? What to Say? Still in a place where things change rapidly. Good one minute. Mentally challenged the next! Stopped Prednisone completely yesterday and feel much better. Made it three weeks instead of the 4 I was supposed to have made it. Too much pounding heart and shortness of breath. Didn't have any of that yesterday.

Did you ease off the Prednisone instead of stopping it all at once? Glad the pounding stopped, but you need to step off the Pred slowly! That stuff is a miracle and a nightmare! I hope you good day lasts for many! :)
Yes I tried to. I was supposed to go to 10mg this week for my last week. By Wed the SOB was pretty bad. So I went to 15 then 10 then 5 then none yesterday. The 5mg I took on Sat hit me just as hard as the 20 was, so I don\'t know? Does that seem OK? Mt MD was going to have me do 10 and then just stop after 7 days. What has happened to you before? Did you stop suddenly?
