99% Wednesday

Almost perfect day yesterday.I had 2 maybe 5 minute sessions of missed beats. No AF at all just some PVC's.Felt good all day long.Did an hour on a crosstrainer at the gym.Kept my heart rate to 120 bpm or less.Got a decent sweat up without actually punishing myself.  Feeling good today so far as well. Starting to believe that maintaining a better diet makes a significant difference to my AF.

Right on! I agree with you on the diet and such, I notice more activity when I stray
