99% Monday

Very good all day.About 2 I felt a few irregular beats and thought that it was going to be a long episode but it subsided after about 1 minute. Had a couple of missed beats throughout the rest of the day but that was about it.Have my 12 week appointment with the Doctor of Chinese Medicine tonight so it will be interesting to see how that goes.
