I finally received my tax refund for 2008. The 1st check included my husaband's name and I was unable to cash it at my bank. I returned the voided check to the IRS, filled out paperwork AGAIN and provided the death certificate AGAIN. It's hard to believe that mess is over. AMEN P.S. I know that was really boring, but you have no idea how many hurdles I had to jump for this check.
