I just found out that I do not have a urinary track infection.  I was convinced that this lower back pain was my kidneys.  Rrrrr!  So frustrating!  I guess it's intestinal?  Or possibley just from being hunched over for months!  I'm trying to decide whether to go back to work this week.  I just don't think it's possible with as much back pain as I'm having.  But I also want things to go back to normal and make some money.  Decisions, decisions.  Probably should take one more week, huh?  Okay, just called work...one more week.  I'm going to do what I can to strengthen my back this week.  I'm also going to get my diarrhea under control.  I'm starting back on the Questrin today so that should help.  I WILL FEEL BETTER!  I have to!

I have had a lot of low back pain and was sure it was my kidneys until I had a large BM (didn\'t know I could fit it all in me LOL). After that I\'ve been stretching and that has really helped. I had no fever and just came off of 10 days of Augmentin so I didn\'t think it was an infection. I have so much going on in my gut that it is hard to tell where the pain is coming from.

Try stretching this week and wear GOOD, supportive shoes when you do go back to work. Can you use a rolling stool while you do hair? My first boss was a master stylist from Switzerland and he always worked from a stool.
Best of luck to you,
Fraz

Thank you for the comment! I will definately work on stretching this week. I did get a guide from the doctor. I\'m problably just so weak from my surgery? I have noticed it more intense with some bowel movements. Maybe intestional? As you said, it\'s so hard to tell. My dad\'s always trying to get me to use a stool when I do hair ... I always tell him \"no way\"! :o)
