So now I'm at 32 weeks, and having this baby still seems so far off. My new goal...35 weeks. Since I have 4 other friends due around the time I am, I've decided to wait for the one due March 14 to have her baby. That will be my cue to start packing and getting ready for my own delivery. I've already started planning how things are going to work out, now weather or not were going to be able to follow my plan is a different story. As many of you already know I have a 5 year old High Functioning Autistic son. I have never spent even a single night away from him. It's a scary thought that he will be staying with someone else when this baby comes. Not many people understand Autism and I fear they may become overwhelmed. In the next two weeks I'm going to start typing up sort of an Instruction manual for my son's caregivers so that they know what to expect with him. Stuff like what he does and does not eat, how to put him to sleep, how to handle tantrums,  allergies, that sort of stuff. Hopefully he'll only be spending one night away from us, but I want to be prepared. I have two bags to pack for the big day. One for Jarrett and one for me. There's just so much I'm trying to think about....Do I let my friend homeschool him while he's there? If I do, Then I also have to write out a lesson plan for at least three days worth of work. He has a very picky appetite, so I have to provide a rice cooker and his favorite snacks along with soy milk since he's allergic to dairy. Okay....I'm rambling now....I have a million things running through my head, I dont even know where to start. Just 7 weeks to go.....maybe less....I guess we'll see.
