Okay I am so unbelieveably pissed off right now! I rented a Doppler from Stork Radio before I bought my own. I only had the thing for about 5 days.The day I recieved it I noticed a small crack on the insde of the probe handle, and called them immediately to let them know about it so they couldn't blame me for it. The very next day I decided to purchace insurance on the thing just incase they decided to try to charge me for it. I was told the insurance would cover any type of damage to the doppler, yet today I recieved a charge on my account for $150 for the damage. I recieved no noitfication from the company that they were charging my account. I called them right away and just went off on them. Eventually they admitted to being wrong and said they would credit the money back but that doesn't change the fact that they credited my account without permission. URGGH! Sorry just venting.
