Tomorrow is my first Appointment with my OB for this new pregnancy. I'm so very worried. According to my LMP I should be 8 weeks tomorrow. But I dont have all the symptoms I had with the last baby. I do have morning sickness and sore breasts, but I dont always have the urge to go to the bathroom. I'm not really craving either. I'm having a dull pain in my lower stomach, but I'm not sure if that's just the growing of my uterus. It's maybe just me over analyizng everything, I dont know. I just really want this pregnancy to work out. I'm driving myself nuts with worry.
