My hip pain seems to be gone this AM!  Woohoo!  Still feeling depressed and tired though.  I don't think that will improve till I get past this today thing.  So many things in my life are changing and I just have to adjust to that.  Okay, so if I mentally know that, why is it so daggone hard to do?  Haven't heard from either of my friends who I am pretty sure are dumping me even though I sent both of them a note asking if something is wrong.  I probably screwed that up.  Okay, it is New Years Eve so my goals for next year (I know some of them are probably the same as last years but I refuse to look at last year). 1.  Reloose 10 pounds. 2. Get my book published. 3. Quit using credit cards or at least paying off what I charge in the same month. 4. Live in the now, don't fret over the past or worry about the future. ( hey I said they were goals, not commandments) That's all I can think of for now.  Hope anyone who reads this has an awesome New Year.

Post Holiday blues are pretty normal for lots of us, and I\'m sure having the boys leave adds to that. Your friends may just be extra busy. This week between Christmas and New Year\'s, especially if you have kids, can be pretty demanding as I recall. I think you should add a 5. to your resolutions: stop being so hard on yourself and celebrate your unique and wonderful talents. Take care. Happy New Year!
