Not a bad day.  went to the gym early and did 5 miles of speed drills.  I thought I had done really well, then I looked at last weeks time for speed drills and I was one minute off.  Drat!  Felt good anyway.   Took the girls to see Julia and Julie.  Really good, a few racey moments, but only between married people so that didn't bother me too much.  A scene near the end made me think a little less of Julia Child, but oh well.  Was still really good.  Kind of like 2 love stories.  At least that's the way I saw it. Have had a bit of heartburn all day, so I guess I'm going back on Nexium tomorrow.  Oh well.  It was nice while it lasted.
