Summer is here with avengence!  I ran 16 miles, but had to do the last 5 of it on treadmill at the nice cool gym.  By 9AM it was close to 80 degrees and 90% humidity.  I am such a wimp.  But I finished it.  I also had to take a 20 min break to take Sarah to Soccer tryouts.  I picked her up at 11:30 and she had a physical form to be filled out by her doctor and returned by 3:30 this afternoon!  We went to the minute clinic at CVS.  That place is awesome!  It only cost 30 dollars and only took us about 20 minutes.  I highly recommend them to anyone.  Sick visits cost a bit more, like 62 dollars depending on what is wrong.  But my goodness, a lot less than urgent care and a lot less time.  And they also do adult physicals.  Not as thourough as my doctor probably, but hey, not bad.  And it meant I didn't have to kill my daughter.   Really tired , but somehow satisfied.
