Ran 4 miles in the neighborhood. Made decent time. Went to a protest downtown. That was awesome. I got to meet Judge Andrew Napolatano from Fox news and got his autograph. Can't really read it, but whatever. He was really nice, a lot shorter than I would have thought. He actually made me feel tall. lol. Feeling really tired tonight and hoping to sleep well tonight. I have to get to church early to set up for communion. I refuse to worry about my weight today. Maybe on Monday.

What was the protest about? I don\'t watch Fox News much...too much that is histrionics and opinion, and not enough news. I miss the likes of Walter Cronkite. I agree with Sarah Palin on the role the media should take and too often doesn\'t . Don\'t want my reporters telling me how to think.
