Funeral was today. Our pastor actually did a very good job. It could have been very sad, but it was more a celebration of his life and who he was. I did a 5 mile run this morning. It felt okay, but it was so humid and I have an awful sinus head ache. Now I have to drive out to girl scout camp and pick my older daughter up. Feeling kinda tired still. Probably the headache.

let yourself relax if you can, headaches can really take a lot out of a person. Btw, I saw on an older journal that your son was back in VA for the navy...B was stationed there too....he was on the Theodore Roosevelt , as a nuke guy. How is your boy doing in the Navy?
