Okay, so I know it looks a bit bipolar to go from "horrible" to "happy" so quickly, but....  I heard from Nick this morning.  He is on the Eisenhower, they are in port right now, but he is there.  He really likes it.  He says the people are really nice and he really likes his chief (boss).  He is the new guy, so pretty much a pack mule/gopher, but he doesn't mind that at all.  He realizes that he is the new guy.  He is seeing places that I will only dream of seeing.  I am so excited for him.  Still a bit worried, but now that he is on the ship a little less so.  I think they look out for each other, like a big family.  I ran 10 miles this morning.  10 Yasso's.  I thought I was done with them since I was in the "taper", but I checked, this is the last day of them.  I am really glad, cause today was really hard.
