Cold rainy day. I did 8 yasso 800's at the gym today, total of 8 miles. Felt okay. Still not feeling great. I did finally hear from my son. He is waiting for his final transport to the Ike. It was good to hear from him.

I think it 80 degrees here today. I was actually sweating a little while outside with the boys. I guess summer is on its way.
